  • Hello from the UK. Just wondering if anybody owns my old car! :)

    Hi,

Just a quick hello from the UK. :)
I sold my R33 GTS-t Spec 2 in around July this year to an exporter who shipped it out to somewhere around Germany.
I've been missing it ever since and was just wondering if anybody on here now owned it, or knows of it. :)

This is my old for sale thread with details and pictures of the car:
    http://www.skylineowners.com/forum/s...d.php?t=168760

The car had the following parts on when sold:
HKS Super Powerflow reloaded induction kit
    HKS Intercooler and hardpipe kit
    HKS Turbo elbow
    HKS Front Pipe
    Unknown brand Decat pipe
HKS HI Power CAT back exhaust (Only about 3 months old!!)
    HKS Super fire racing plugs
    Splitfire coilpacks
HKS EVC 6 Boost controller set to 0.85bar
Rising sun performance stage 1 ECU remap

    NISMO S-Tune suspension
    NISMO LM Alloys
    NISMO Strut brace
Full spec 2 GENUINE NISMO kit (Front splitter, Sideskirts, Rear spats)
    Replica GTR Spoiler
    NISMO Carbon spoiler end caps
    NISMO Carbon B Pillar trims
    NISMO Clear side repeaters
    NISMO Gearknob

    Thanks.

Hi and welcome on skyline-forum.de !

I think, it's a bit tricky to find your old car, because we've got such a huge range of white R33 Skylines over here. That's gonna be a tough matter, mate

But anyway, I hope you're gonna be successful on your grails quest

    Cheers !

Hello and Welcome in our midst.

I sure reckon that if one of our Forum members does own Your former treasure that sooner or later it will be posted here, but as Doriftoo stated the R33 GTst in white was the most imported Skyline to Germany over the last 3 years.

As with Your spec-listings and the stunning pictures I definetely understand that You might be in grieve about Your decision selling Your SKY.

      Seasons Greetings from Cologne

Thank you for the kind welcome's. :)

I didn't realise that there were so many Skyline's in your country. :) Are they all mostly imported from Japan, or are they from the UK?

Hi Elliot, welcome to our forum :)

And yes, in the past years Skylines became very popular here in Germany, in particular the R33 i guess.
I would say some ppl prefer to buy their cars directly from Japan, while others get them from the UK.
There are some pros and cons of importing from each country, so i guess its somewhat half and half ;)

                Hi mate!

                Welcom to the German forum!
As the others said, there are plenty of white R33's in Germany. I think we may have one of the biggest Skyline communities right after UK :)
Where in the UK are you from? I am currently down here in Cardiff. My nickname on Skylinowners.com is "turbozilla" btw !

                Cheers

Thanks for the kind welcomes. :)

Smokez - The R33 seems to be the most common amongst Skyline's in the UK too. :) It does seem like there are lots of white one's from looking around on your great club. :)

20"Felge - Are you in the UK on business? :) I'm not too far away from you in sunny Manchester. :D

So assuming that you find the new owner of your old car, are you intending to buy it back or is it you're just searching for it to see w
in what state it is now? I can understand that you're missing it though. Always a tough one to sell your pride and joy and see it go. Fingers crossed for you mate you gonna find it and hopefully not be disappointed by what it looks like now or what it might have been turned into. Cheers
