Does anyone know why my interior lights suddenly stopped working when I open the doors? The center interior light and the light around the key are working. My door switch still works, and I see that the door open symbol on my instrument cluster disappears when I close the doors. The key chime works. The interior lights also work when I turn the switch on. I've already replaced the lower left fuse in the driver's side kickstand.
They suddenly stopped working after I installed an HKS SLD Type 1. So, I first disconnected the negative battery terminal and then the ECU connector, then reconnected the ECU and then reconnected the battery. Just to be sure, I completely disconnected the HKS, and they still don't work. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this?
